Admissions Procedure
Please complete the entire application and submit a $25 application fee. This fee is non refundable and is not applied to other college charges. The application fee is not required of re-entering students. Make checks payable to Husson College.
Freshman applicants please submit an official high school transcript which includes rank in class. SAT or ACT test scores are required for four-year candidates. They are not required for two-year programs. A guidance counselor recommendation should accompany the high school transcript.
Transfer students must submit an official transcript(s) of all work completed at previously attended colleges. If you received a GED, you should submit a copy of a state recognised high school equivalency certificate and test scores.
All students born after December 31, 1956, must submit immunisation records.
Both freshman and transfer applications are considered on a rolling admissions basis. Rolling admissions means that applications are reviewed by the selection committee as soon as they are complete. When a decision is reached, the applicant is notified. Once a program is filled, application for that program is closed. Candidates for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy should file their application early to assure consideration. Transfers are considered for these programs. The Physical Therapy professional/master's program accepts applications until program is filled.
The Physical Therapy Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
